A spectacular fireworks show takes place every year on July 31 at the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen. The event begins at around 9.45pm. With splendid colours and shapes this light spectacle inspires many spectators every year. The Rhine Falls, as the largest waterfalls in Europe, are also illuminated in various colours and offer a very unusual and impressive backdrop.
