Around 3,500 tons of St.Gallen sausage are produced annually - about 30 million pieces or 6,000 kilometers of sausage. The first known recipe of the St.Gallen specialty dates back to 1438! However, the great sausage conquest began at the beginning of the 20th century. And the question still remains … who produces the best St.Gallen sausage? During this tasting seminar, we guide you through the intricate world of St. Gallen sausage. Sample four different sausages while we explain the subtle differences of this emotional topic. Afterwards, you decide which sausage deserves the title of the Best St.Galler Bratwurst. Culinary Tip: These sausages are eaten without mustard and only with a Bürli bun!
