This baroque pearl in the forest was built by the Order of the Teutonic Knights, tucked away between Wangen in the Allgäu region and Lindau at Lake Constance. The fancy stucco frescoes on the great hall’s ceiling tell a detailed story. Check our website for events including art exhibits, music concerts and our concert series “Classical Autumn”. We offer a fine selection of events for children to explore nature, art and his- tory: art workshops, tours, concerts, geocaching, and wilderness adventure projects.
